Rigid Grinding Wheels
3M Rigid Grinding Discs, also know as Depressed Center Wheel, is a durable, aggressive product for heavy-duty weld stock removal applications.
Green Corps Flexible Grinding Discs
Greencorps™ grinding wheels contain Cubitron™ mineral, which provides better performance than aluminum oxide. This unique flexible construction of the wheel facilitates the reduction in material gouging and vibrations during operation, the grinding action is cooler and also, ensures that there are no black marks while grinding.
They are available in three different sizes and grits – 4”,5” & 7” and in grits of 36,60 & 80.
3M Cut-off wheels are excellent and the economical choice for cutting diverse materials ranging from alloys to mild steel. With a fast and clean cut every time, 3M Cut-Off Wheels is perfect for all the cutting requirements such as sheet metal cutting, pipes, rods and sections.
Coated Roloc™ provide fast and efficient methods to remove tool marks and die polishing on all types of metals. They can be locked securely with a half twist and with another half twist they are off. Each disc is color coded by grade. With one simple backup pad the Roloc’s can be used on regular 4” angle grinders.
3M offers a wide range of coated belts to suit applications like gate removal in castings, surface finishing, deburring and finishing. These belt solutions come in various sizes and grits and with different minerals. The belts are available in different minerals like Silicon Carbide, Alumina Zirconia & Cubitron.

Radial Flap Discs
3M Flap Discs are the answer to the increased performance for offhand grinding and excellent finish on metals. Using 3M Flap Discs, grinding and finishing can be completed in one step. These discs provide consistent cut rate with minimal heat build-up.
They are used for blending, deburring, cleaning, edge chamfering, stock removal and many more applications. Make sure that while using these discs, maximum operating speed recommendations are followed with proper face wear and body protection.
3M offers a wide range of fiber discs, which comes with the latest generation grain technology. Using these discs heavy duty jobs, such as weld grinding, cleaning, wood-sanding and FRP sanding become easier. These fiber discs are available in various mineral types like Aluminum Oxide, Silicon Carbide and Cubitron.
Radial Bristle Discs
Scotch-Brite™ Radial Bristle Discs, with very flexible bristles, have been designed for deburring, cleaning, finishing, and polishing detailed parts or tiny areas.
These discs can replace chemicals and compounds and can clean small areas with heavy duty requirements. They create an incredibly uniform finish even around protrusions, detail grooves, patterns, and other hard-to-reach areas.
Scotch-Brite™ Hand Pads
Scotch-Brite™ Hand Pads are impregnated with aluminum oxide abrasive that ensures a fast cut. The durable, 3-dimensional nylon web resists tearing, shredding and loading assuring longevity for the product. Scotch-Brite™ Hand Pads clean, blend, deburr and defuzz wood without changing surface dimensions.
The finished surfaces are more consistent than other abrasives. They are contaminant-free, ensuring enhanced adhesion of sealers and coatings. Scotch-Brite™ Hand Pads are conveniently sized to be used by hand, with a hand pad block or in an in-line sander and they also do not generate heat due to open spaces.
